You will be asked to create 5 security questions and answers. You may select one of the predetermined questions from the drop down menu or you may create your own questions. Each customized question must be at least 6 characters long. Each answer is case sensitive and must be at least 4 characters long. After you complete the enrollment process, you can update your questions and answers within QuickConnect Online.

Remember the answers to your security questions. The next time you access QuickConnect Online, you will be asked to answer one of the 5 security questions you created on this page.

Note: For security purposes, each page of the Multi-Factor Authentication Enrollment process is set to timeout (expire) after 10 minutes. If you cannot complete a page within the time allotted you will be required to begin the enrollment process again.
