Some pop-up blockers close the pop-up before it appears; others disable the command that calls the pop-up. A big problem with pop-up blockers is that they cannot always differentiate between an unwanted pop-up window and one that is user-requested. If you have a pop-up blocker installed, you may experience difficulty viewing your eStatement. Top How does a pop-up blocker interfere with my eStatement?
When you choose to view an eStatement, a pop-up window should appear which opens the Adobe Reader program on your computer in order to display your eStatement. Some pop-up blockers can prevent this eStatement pop-up window from appearing. Intelligent pop-up blockers let you temporarily disable or train your pop-up blocker to allow pop-ups from specific Web sites. If you are still having problems, you may need to uninstall the pop-up blocker program to successfully access your eStatement. Note: You can also try holding down the Ctrl key while clicking on the view link.
