USA Federal announces Jennifer Ventimiglia as new VP of Operations

Ventimiglia combines Business Development and Operations excellence

San Diego, Calif., August 21, 2007– USA Federal Credit Union today announced that Jennifer Ventimiglia has been named the new Vice President of Operations. She takes responsibility for managing all of the stateside branches spanning California and Nevada. USA Federal Credit Union serves 61,000 credit union members. Her decade of increasingly responsible positions in financial institutions includes financial planning, branch management, business lending and business development.

“ Jennifer steps into this assignment uniquely qualified and with a superb track record,” said Mary Cunningham, President/CEO of USA Federal Credit Union. “She brings a keen focus for both business development and efficient branch operations.” For the last two years, Ventimiglia has served as Vice President of Business Services and Development at USA Federal Credit Union. Her initial role was the creation and implementation of the Member Business Services department. This included creating the product offering for Business Services as well as the coaching and training of the branch staff. Her new role merges both the Business Services and the Branch Operations positions under her umbrella of responsibility.

Prior to joining USA Federal, Ventimiglia helped lead the Greater San Diego In-Store Team at US Bank. This required recruiting and coaching new Branch Managers, the creation of sales contests and strategies, and development of strategic business development partnerships. Prior to that she worked for a Los Angeles based financial planning firm where she managed licensed sales managers and financial consultants that sold multiple investment and non- investment related financial products and services.

Jennifer lives with her husband, Guy and their daughters in San Marcos, California.
