USA Federal Announces Charles "Chuck" Leib as New Carmel Mountain Branch Manager

San Diego, Calif., April 19, 2007– USA Federal Credit Union today announced the hiring of Charles “Chuck” Leib as the new Carmel Mountain Branch Manager. Demonstrating an impressive professional career in financial services, Leib brings extensive management and lending credentials to USA Federal and the community.

Leib, who built his career in traditional banking at Roslyn Savings Bank (Westbury, NY),
now brings his skills to a growing credit union. He previously managed the operations of a retail banking branch with assets in excess of $200,000,000. From in-branch training expertise to loan and mortgage origination, Leib is a leader. He has direct experience in managing everything from new loan applications to underwriting and loan approval.

Leib’s impressive background covers every aspect of financial services. He holds a B.S. Degree from Long Island University and a Certificate in Corporate Training from NYU. His past affiliations include the Loan Servicing Society of New York (past officer), membership in the Community Bankers Mortgage Forum and membership in the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
