Seattle, Washington, March 8, 2006 – USA Federal Credit Union (headquartered in San Diego, CA) has contracted with Pemco Technologies (based in Seattle, WA) for Visa card services. USA Federal, with more than $680 million in assets and 60,000 members has branches in Southern California, Nevada, Japan, and Korea.
