USA Federal Named “Large Business of the Year” by I-15 Diamond Gateway Chamber of Commerce

San Diego, Calif., July 1, 2004 -- USA Federal Credit Union, with international headquarters in San Diego, was named "Large Business of the Year" by San Diego County’s I-15 Diamond Gateway Chamber of Commerce. USA Federal accepted this honor at the Diamond Gateway’s Chamber Member Appreciation Dinner on June 30th at the Miramar Officers Club.

Winners were selected by the Diamond Gateway Chamber Chairman of the Board and member businesses. The Chamber represents businesses in Miramar, Mira Mesa, Scripps Ranch, Rancho Penasquitos and Carmel Mountain Ranch. Several large companies such as The San Diego Union-Tribune and the Miramar Marine Corp Base were also considered for this prestigious honor awarded to USA Federal.   Councilmember Brian Maienschein from the City of San Diego, Congressman Randy "Duke" Cunningham, Supervisor Pam Slater-Price, and the County of San Diego also recognized USA Federal for its ongoing commitment to supporting the San Diego community.
