USA Federal Supervisory Committee The USA Federal Credit Union Supervisory Committee is a volunteer oversight committee comprised of five members who are each elected to three-year terms by the USA Federal Board of Directors. USA Federal Credit Union Supervisory Committee:

Supervisory Committee responsibilities include: | • | Monitoring board and management activities by attending Board of Directors meetings | | • | Engaging independent auditors and reviewing the findings of both internal and external audits | | • | Conducting annual member account verifications | | • | Verifying compliance with policies, procedures, rules and regulations | | • | Monitoring the internal control environment | | • | Participate in the credit union volunteer training program and attending related seminars and conferences |
